I'm Zhangyuan Chen (陈璋元), a PhD student in Physics at Westlake University. My research focuses on quantum transport in two-dimensional materials — exploring exotic quantum states of matter including strongly correlated phases, topological order, superconductivity, and magnetism.

I am driven by a deep curiosity to uncover the fundamental physical laws that govern these emergent phenomena, particularly at the intersection of quantum many-body physics and low-dimensional systems. By combining precision transport measurements with advanced materials fabrication, I aim to reveal the hidden order in strongly correlated electron systems and pave the way for next-generation quantum devices.
